I have been overwhelmed with work, school and responsibilities.
But on Sunday, it all melted away. After 8 long years of not being on a board, I got to go windsurfing. It felt so good, I even made my first jibe. (Blew my first tack though, go figure....)
Being on the water, powered by the wind, just me, the water and the air, I was whole again...this is my church.
